Holiday schedule
The 10 steps to take for an enjoyable stay on the French Riviera.
- All villas, apartments and village houses that we can offer you for rental are published on this website, with information, photos and a description.
- Once you made your choice, check the availability for the period you wish to come.
- If you wish for more information please do not hesitate to contact us, either by email or by telephone.
- To reserve the property please complete the reservation form and send it to us. On this reservation form you can advise us of extra requirements such as linen hire (if not already provided), use of telephone, extra maid service, childrens cot, etc.
- To confirm your reservation please accompany your filled out booking form with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental sum.
- An insurance that covers damage costs in excess of the amount of the security deposit is mandatory. Please send us a copy of this insurance policy.
- We will send you written confirmation of your booking once we have received the filled out reservation form, the 25% non-refundable deposit, and a copy of the insurance policy.
- Eight weeks before the actual arrival date you pay the balance of the total rental sum. In addition for each reservation of a property a refundable security deposit is required. The minimum amount is Euro 770 for a villa and Euro 300 for an apartment. If paid by separate cheque this amount will NOT be cashed, except in the event of damage that occurs during your stay and needs repair or replacement. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit until 28 days after your departure.
- Upon reception of the balance payment we send you a written confirmation with the arrival details of your rental property: the address and a description of how to get to the meeting point with a contact telephone number.
- At the meeting point a member of our local staff will welcome you and drive you to your rental accommodation. You will be handed the keys and be given useful information about the villa itself and its surroundings. Feel free to ask questions!
On our page of Frequently Asked Questions you will find useful additional information.
